Privacy Policy
DeckVision is developed by Leslie Street Studio LLC. This privacy policy explains how the app handles your information.
Camera Access
The app uses your device's camera to capture images of playing cards. Camera frames are processed entirely on your device using Apple's Core ML and Vision frameworks. No camera data, frames, or video are transmitted to any server or external service. Camera data never leaves your device.
Image and Annotation Storage
Captured images are stored as JPEG files in the app's local Documents folder on your device. Annotation data (bounding boxes and card labels) is stored using Apple's SwiftData framework, also locally on your device. None of this data is transmitted to the developer, any server, or any third party. Deleting the app removes all stored images and annotation records. You can also delete all data from within the app at any time via About → Privacy Settings → Delete All Stored Data.
Analytics and Crash Reports
The app includes optional crash reporting and usage analytics, both of which are controlled by toggles in Privacy Settings (accessible from the About screen). Crash reports are enabled by default to help identify and fix stability issues. Usage analytics are disabled by default. You may change either setting at any time. If both are disabled, no data of any kind leaves your device.
Tracking
The app does not track you across other apps or websites. No advertising identifiers, device fingerprints, or cross-app tracking mechanisms are used. NSPrivacyTracking is set to false in the app's privacy manifest.
Data Export
The export feature produces a zip archive containing your images and annotation data. This archive is generated locally and shared through the standard iOS share sheet. You control where it goes — AirDrop, Files, email, or another destination of your choosing. Leslie Street Studio does not receive a copy of exported data.
GDPR and CCPA
All data collected by DeckVision is stored locally on your device and is not shared with or sold to third parties. You have the right to delete all stored data at any time using the in-app deletion option described above. To request information about your data or submit a data request, contact us at the address below.
Children's Privacy
The app does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.
Changes to This Policy
Updates to this privacy policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
